The Gomay Nindra Chakra is made from Cow dung, Cow urine, soil, Durva grass, Kush grass, trees of the three circles, crystals of the three circles, and water from rivers like the Ganges, Narmada, Saraswati, Godavari, and Alaknanda are used to create this. How to Use
Whenever we sleep, we should place the Nindra Chakra on the left side of our head. Even when we are traveling on a train or staying in a hotel, we should keep this Nindra Chakra on the left side of our head while we sleep to ensure a good night’s rest and maintain positive vibrations.
