How to use :
You will receive a red cloth with the Aasan. Spread this cloth in the place where you intend to keep the Aasan then place the Aasan on top of the red cloth. There is a symbol on the Aasan; you should sit on the Aasan; in such a way that your root chakra aligns with this symbol. Do not stand the Aasan against a wall; it should be laid flat on the ground. Avoid placing the Aasan in direct sunlight and do not wash it with water.
